Shoutt exists because the incentives in job search are broken. Most tools are
paid per subscription or per application sent, which rewards volume. Shoutt is
paid only on a successful placement, which rewards outcomes: better choices,
better applications, better preparation, better offers.

Job listings and the application flow are part of the product and are not
published as crawlable content.
